Friendly reminder.  

today at 6pm. Deadline to say if your swimmer IS or is NOT attending the meet this Saturday. 

Also, we are still in NEED of parents to volunteer:  it’s a great meet to help out.  Should be short and sweet and done before 10, is my best guess.  No need to sign them up for individual races.

All swimmers will swim 4 races.  8 unders swim 25 yards and 9 older swim a 50 yard race.   All swimmers with will race kiddos in their own age group.  Girls go first.  8 under backstroke. Then boys 8 under backstroke.  NO relays. no distance more than a 50.  Just a great way to start the season and see how each swimmer does and then improve from there:  

Warm Up Saturday   7:15-7:30   12 older  

                                  7:30-7:45am   10 under 

 Meet at 8:05 am. Start  time 

FRIDAY  RUNNING SHOES  n suit-towel-goggles and HOMEWORK DUE
