A very busy past week. We had a very successful fundraiser at Pizza Vino. Thank you to all families who either dined in or ordered take out, a practice canceled due to cold water tempt, a meet canceled and the week ended at Village Green with a impressive swim meet, with so many improved times and great races:

VG coaches were highly complementary on Buckinghorse Team, how competitive we were and what good sportsmanship we showed.  YES we had a number of DQs which we will continue to work on.   A congratulations to Oliver‘s SMITH for qualifying in 25 backstroke for State as well as CALI POUNDS , who qualified in 50 free for State. PrestonP added 100 breast and 200 IM for his state times, and Eli C added 100 back, Emmitt (coach ) added 109 breast and a incredibly fast 100 free at 52.7 and Michael B added 100 free and 100 IM :

WE HOST Maple Hill and Collindale :  Entries for your swimmer(s) DEADLINE IS THURSDAY 12 noon.  Theme of the meet is Wild West. Prizes for best dressed. Don’t bring your own coffee, as we will have a coffee cart selling a variety of coffee drinks, starting at 7am: it will be a super fun meet:  thank you parents in advance for volunteering Saturday :
