RELAY MEET (no individual races) 
July 1st. Wednesday at Parkwood
Start. 8am.    Finish 10:30am  ( best guess) 

ALL FOR FUN   NO TIMERS  

DEADLINE : Monday 12 noon   (Sign up is OPEN now)  

Need to know 1- is your swimmer attending or not   2-is there a relay 

They do NOT want to participate in ? (Put comments in “coaches notes” please)  

Monday at noon  I’ll create the relays for all events  there are 30 total races  

Swimmers can talk to coach Jerry Monday at practice with any questions:  

NINE.  (9) relay options    Goal is each kid swims 3 or up to 4 relays: number of races will depend on how many swimmers we have attending  goal is at least 3 races per kid 

1-Medley Relay  200 yards mixed (boys and girls ) ages  a kid from 4 of our age groups 

2-Free Relay  200 yards. mixed (boys and girls) ages a kid from each age group 

3-Butterfly relay 

4-breastroke  relay 

5-Dog paddle relay 

6-Noodle relay kicking   (Swimming each leg with a noodle)

7- Tshirt  relay    One tshirt per relay   Tshirt is taken off and put on the next swimmer 

8-Mixed age and gender 250 yards NON free   8 under swims 25 yards  9-10 age swims 

A 50 yards. 11- 12 swims a 75   and 13 older swims 100 yards 

mid age and mixed gender. Total 250 yards .  

9-mixed age and gender.  Total 250 yards.  8 under swims 25 yards. 9-10 kid swims a 50.  11-12 swims a 75 and older kid swims 100. 

this is a very unique event and should be a super fun Wednesday morning
