BH.Swim Famlies 

Relay meet.  Crazy fun today. Coaches did our best to manage the 30 relays and 55 BH swimmers:  :  the only goal was that all kids had fun. Special shout out to kids who were willing to swim every event today. 

Thursday (tomorrow) YES practice is on. hour of Power workout. A mix of drills and intervals. 

Friday : we run.(as usual).  We will have an obstacle course for all kids. Practice will end a bit earlier than normal for kids to have pancake breakfast. 

RESCHEDULED -Registery Ridge Meet. Wednesday July 15th.  PM meet.  Starts at 5pm    2 days before our two day City Meet:   City meet is the most important meet: team goal over 50 swimmers will participate at City Meet :    Goal is to win Division 2 :
