CITY MEET is our teams most important swim meet of the summer) Our only meet where points are scored and we compete against all 18 teams in our league:
DEADLINE. : a week from today : Saturday July 11th by 5pm.
FEES. each swimmer pays an entry fee $5 each swimmer
Individual event fee : $ 7 per event (can swim up to 3 events)
Relays: Total $14.00 ($3.50 per swimmer per relay). Goal is each swimmer is on a medley and free relay. parent please add $7 per swimmer for relays plus the other two fees. preference payment via Venmo for all fees. @buckinghorseswim : last four: 1782
SCHEDULE. FRIDAY 7/17. Swimmers 11 older 8am start ( done by 1pm?)
FRIDAY 7/17 At 5pm long distance 200 and 400 free (done by 6:30?)
SATURDAY 7/18 Ages 10 under Starts at 8am(done by 1:30?)
Parent volunteer sessions SIX (6) slots need to be filled
Friday AM 2nd shift: event 25-48 1 (one) merchandise distribution
Friday PM arrive by 4:30pm: we need (2) timers lane 6
Friday PM arrive by 4:30pm we need (1) heat winner-runner
Saturday AM session 2 We need two (2) timers lane 1 event 69-94
Goals. A minimum of 50 swimmers participating. BH winning division 2. Swimmers trying fly and IM events where less kids swim and better odds of earning points and awards
Merchandise Orders Due Monday July 6th.
Meet Programs. None. All events and races can be seen on SwimTopia app
MEET AT SCCA. SATURDAY JULY 11th. Deadline /Thursday 7/9 by 11am
MEET AT Registery Ridge: WEDNESDAY July 15th. A 5 PM. Deadline Monday 7/13 by 11am.
