Warm up time:  3:50-4:10pm.  If you can make it great. Otherwise please arrive no later than 4:40pm.

WEDNESDAY AM. : standard practice times:  Very light workout, focus on relay exchanges. :  will try to end each session a bit earlier. 

THURSDAY:   Wear-bring. Team suit. Team tshirt. Arrive by 7;50. Team photo 8am.  Teams last official practice, unless you are swimming in Denver for STATE.  Games in the pool. All out by 9am.  REST AND HYDRATION IS MOST IMPORTANT THIS WEEK 

CITY MEET.  THANK YOU ALL:  WE MET & EXCEEDED OUR GOAL OF 50 kids swimming at City Meet.  59 total.  Amazing!!   We will do very well as a TEAM at City Meet.  More info to share once I get it. Please volunteer if you are able.  Please Venmo Amy Beth any and all fees for City Meet
